You will need the Free Adobe Reader installed on your computer to open the PDF files on our site including your CEU certificates. Download it here.
Note: Documents on this website will open in the SmartLook Viewer. This Viewer allows you to view the document either on the web or to download it to your desktop as a pdf file for later printing and viewing. See how the SmartLook Viewer works by clicking here.
Step 1 Click  and Print
Step 2 Click  Read Online or Download to Your Desktop. Enter Your Answers on the Worksheet From Step 1.
Step 3 Click  Choose NBCC or Standard CEUs
( NBCC – Submitting Certificates Directly to the National Board of Certified Counselors in North Carolina. All Other Use Standard)
Before taking an online exam, our system will route you to the log in page where you must sign in or register for a new account. It looks like this:
After successfully signing into your account you will be taken back to your online exam. See image below:
Enter your first and last name. Enter your answers from your worksheet in Step 1.
You have 6 chances to Score 70% or higher. Your grade is displayed immediately. See image below:
Submit Payment and Download Your Certificate. Below is an image of the checkout page:
After payment has been successfully completed, you will be routed to the certificates page within your account. Below is an image of what your certificates page looks like:
Add Your License or Credential Number to Your Certificate. You will see this page after clicking on the pdf link next to your course:
Your Certificate Displayed in Adobe Acrobat. Click to print or save to your desktop.
